Important: Payments for products on this website are processed by Creem Financial Services OÜ (“Creem”), acting as merchant of record. When you purchase a template, Creem is the legal seller of the product: Creem collects your payment, issues your invoice, and collects applicable sales tax / VAT. These Terms of Sale apply alongside Creem’s Buyer Terms.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital spreadsheet templates (the “Products”) sold on this website, which is operated by FormulaMill (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and licensing

2.1 Digital goods

All Products are digital files (Google Sheets links and/or Excel .xlsx files). No physical item will be shipped. Product pages describe exactly what is included in each Product.

2.2 License granted to you

Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to download and use the Product for your personal or internal business purposes. You may:

Use the Product on any device you own or control;
Modify the Product for your own use;
Use outputs created with the Product (budgets, invoices, reports) without restriction.

You may NOT:

Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Product or modified versions of it;
Share your download link or files with non-license holders;
Publish the Product or derivatives on marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or as part of other products for sale.

3. Pricing, payment and taxes

All prices are shown in USD and are final at the time of purchase.
Payments are collected by Creem as merchant of record, via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other methods offered at checkout.
Applicable VAT, GST or sales tax for your billing country is calculated and collected by Creem at checkout and remitted to the relevant tax authorities.
Your invoice is issued by Creem and delivered with your order confirmation email.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically: immediately after payment confirmation, a download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving a reason. By ticking the consent box at checkout and/or downloading the Product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins — except where the Product is defective or materially not as described. Independently of this statutory rule, we voluntarily offer the 30-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Products, this website, and all related content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and remain the property of the operator of this website. Creem acts as reseller and does not acquire any rights in the Products.

8. Warranty and liability

We warrant that each Product substantially performs as described on its product page. Because Products are digital files, we do not warrant that they will be error-free in every software version; we provide documented compatibility (Google Sheets and Excel 2016+) and free fixes for any material defect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. Customer support

We are responsible for customer service, refunds and post-sale support. Contact us at support@formulamill.com — we reply within 1 business day (see Contact).

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. EU/UK consumers may also use online dispute resolution where available.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
