Summary: We collect as little data as possible. Payments are handled by Creem (our merchant of record), so we never see or store your card details. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookieless, aggregate-only traffic measurement — it cannot identify you.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by FormulaMill ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at support@formulamill.com.

2. What data we collect

2.1 Order and delivery data

To deliver your purchase we process:

Email address (to deliver your download link and license);
Order details (product, date, amount, currency);
Billing country (determined by Creem for tax purposes).

2.2 Payment data

Payments are processed by Creem Financial Services OÜ as merchant of record. Your card number and payment credentials are collected and stored by Creem and its payment providers only — never by us. Please also review Creem’s Privacy Policy.

2.3 Support communications

When you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer and resolve your request.

2.4 Technical data

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes minimal technical logs (IP address, request time) for security and availability.

2.5 Marketing & newsletter subscriptions

If you join our email list (for example via the free-template sign-up box), we process the email address you provide so we can send you the free resource you requested and occasional templates, tips, and product updates. We use a third-party email provider to store the list and send these emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by contacting support@formulamill.com — we will then delete your address from the marketing list within 30 days.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — page views, referring sites, country, browser and device type. This tool is cookieless: it sets no cookies, performs no device fingerprinting, and does not follow you across websites or build any profile. The reports are aggregate and cannot be used to identify individual visitors. We do not run any advertising trackers.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

Contract performance — to deliver the Product you bought and provide support;
Legal obligation — to keep transaction records where required by tax/accounting law;
Legitimate interest — to secure the website, prevent fraud, and measure aggregate (non-identifying) traffic;

4. Who we share data with

Creem — merchant of record: payment collection, invoicing, tax handling;
Cloudflare — website hosting and security;
Google (Sheets & Gmail) — if you subscribe via the sign-up box, your email is stored in a Google Sheet and confirmation emails are sent through Gmail;
Email service provider — delivery of download links and order emails;
Authorities — only where legally required.

We never sell your personal data.

5. Retention

Order and delivery records are kept for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 5–10 years depending on jurisdiction). Support emails are deleted after 24 months.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email support@formulamill.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to order data is restricted to the site operator. Payment security is handled by Creem under PCI-DSS-compliant processes.

8. Changes to this policy

We will post any updates on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
